This is a new workshop for Scrum Masters and anyone else applying agile, with some experience, who seek to deepen and broaden their agile knowledge and insights. We offer an opportunity for reflection and sharing experiences, as well as hands on advice and practical patterns, based on our own experiences and the stories of the teams we have mentored.

We will cover topics like: managing self organizing teams, situational leadership, common issues and patterns, making changes stick, seeing and improving the whole system.

This workshop helps you to become a better reflective practitioner and guides you towards true agile mastery.
